Ms. Vrushali Tatke holds a BCS degree from Pune University, Pune, and brings with her 23 years of experience in the IT field. She has been responsible for overseeing the complete performance of the Functional Team, which includes QA, Support, and Implementation. Her duties have also encompassed managing UAT for end users and actively participating in employee selection, career development, succession planning, and compensation and rewards discussions. Additionally, she has served as a Domain Expert, taking on responsibilities such as functional testing of products and providing functional training to staff. She has also played a crucial role in defining the scope of testing and conducting product demos for both existing and new clients.
